What airport should I fly into?
The nearest airport is Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
How far is the airport from the John C. Maxwell Leadership Center?
The PAID TO SPEAK Conference is hosted at the John C. Maxwell Leadership Center at 12 Stone, which is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Atlanta Airport. (NOTE: Rush hour traffic can increase driving time.)
- VERY IMPORTANT: The conference is hosted at the John C. Maxwell Leadership Center at 12 Stone which is located at 2050 Sugarloaf Circle, Duluth, GA 30097, not at The John Maxwell Company corporate office on Satelittle Blvd.
- Make sure your map takes you to the John C. Maxwell Leadership Center at 12 Stone.
What time should I book my flight to arrive at the airport?
Since the conference begins at 8:00 AM, you likely want to arrive the day before if you are flying.
When should I book my flight to depart?
The conference ends at noon. Allow at least 3 hours after the end of the conference to get to the airport and check-in.
Can I bring my spouse or assistant with me?
Absolutely! Your spouse and/or assistant can attend the conference with you for only $300 per person. You will receive special registration codes for your spouse and/or assistant once you register.
Is there a recommended hotel? Do I have to stay in that hotel?
You are free to search for lodging that works best for you. However, we have lined up special rates at the Homewood Suites.

What if I have to cancel because of an unexpected scheduling conflict?
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Should you need to cancel for any reason, 30 days or more before the event, you will receive a credit on your account to use towards another Paid To Speak event. This credit must be used within 12 months from the date the credit is issued. No credit will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time. To request a credit or to transfer your registration to another person, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, there are no refunds for this event, only credits.

Wear what you want. Many attendees dress in business casual. Others wear jeans. Some even wear suits. The #1 guideline is for you to be comfortable and ready to learn.
